Jax Frey is an Artist, a Life Coach and the Author of The One Life Plan who lives on the Northshore of New Orleans in Covington, LA.
She is a Certified, Graduate Life Coach and and self-taught visionary artist who believes in breaking the rules in order to reach the inspiration necessary in her client’s lives. Jax often incorporates art into her coaching workshops - and coaching into her art workshops!
